At NextOrbit, we don't fill roles — we bring people into a practice where they are mentored, trusted with real work from day one, and supported in building careers that outlast their time with us. If you want to grow technically, professionally, and as a person — this is the environment we have deliberately built.
These are not aspirational values on a careers page. They are working principles that show up in how we run meetings, handle mistakes, and talk about people behind closed doors.
Every person at NextOrbit works directly with the founders. Your growth is personal to us — we track it, invest in it, and advocate for it. There are no layers between you and the people who built the practice.
We operate in an industry where cutting corners is tempting and often undetected. Our advice is honest even when uncomfortable, our findings are complete even when clients wish they weren't. Professional conduct is non-negotiable.
We do not believe in bench-warming. From your first week, you will have real work with real clients. You will be given the context, support, and authority to do that work well. Mistakes are learning events — not performance marks.
The best work happens when people feel safe to ask questions, admit uncertainty, and challenge assumptions. We actively build this environment. Hierarchy at NextOrbit is purely functional — never social.
We invest in your public professional identity — LinkedIn presence, certification pathways, published writing, and industry exposure. When you leave NextOrbit, you leave with a stronger professional profile than you arrived with.
We build careers, not tenures. Alumni stay in our ecosystem — as collaborators, advocates, and sometimes returning team members. We measure people success by what our team members go on to build.
Your wellbeing, workload, and work-life quality are taken seriously here. We do not glorify overwork. We do meaningful, high-quality work during reasonable hours — and we protect that for everyone on the team.
Every person at NextOrbit — regardless of role — participates in structured personal development: professional communication, ethical practice, collaborative habits, and being a complete human professional. Non-optional. Non-negotiable.
Technical skills without human skills produce professionals who are difficult to work with and harmful to client cultures. We invest in both — through a structured programme that every team member participates in from day one.

Work alongside NextOrbit's founders on live client engagements — gaining real exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and DPDP compliance programmes. You will contribute to gap assessments, evidence collection, and policy drafting from day one.
A technical role working with NextOrbit's CTO on cloud security reviews, VAPT support, and DevSecOps implementations — embedded in real client delivery, not lab simulations.
We may open further positions as we grow. If you believe you'd be a strong fit for the NextOrbit team, send a speculative application — we read every one.
